Map, elevation, weather, viewshed and route information can be incomplete, delayed or wrong. They are planning aids, not a safety guarantee or an emergency service. Check local conditions and access rights; carry appropriate navigation and safety equipment. Do not trespass or rely on the app as your sole source of guidance.
You are responsible for content you upload or send. Do not post unlawful, threatening, harassing, hateful, sexually exploitative, violent or deceptive content; do not impersonate others, expose private information, infringe rights, spam, or post dangerous instructions. Obtain permission before posting another person's photo or location. Routes, GPS badges and contribution labels are not independent proof of accuracy or land access.
You keep ownership of your content and grant Teta Sports a non-exclusive license to store, process, display and distribute it to operate the features you choose. You can remove content using the app where available. We may review reports, restrict visibility, remove content or suspend accounts to enforce these rules. Use in-app Report and Block controls or contact support. Reporting does not guarantee immediate removal.
Where available, group location sharing is voluntary and time-limited. Do not use it to track anyone without consent or redistribute a person's location or trace without permission. Group membership is not consent to share location. A displayed position may be stale, inaccurate or unavailable; this feature is not a guaranteed search-and-rescue, distress-alert or emergency-dispatch service. Stopping offline cannot immediately remove previously delivered positions, and exported copies or screenshots cannot be recalled.
Free, Plus and Pro feature access is described in the app. Paid plans are auto-renewing Google Play subscriptions. Before purchase, Google Play shows the applicable local price, billing period and terms; you can cancel in Google Play subscription management. Cancellation normally retains paid access through the paid period. Service fair-use limits help prevent abnormal resource use and are shown as percentages in the app. Contact support if normal use reaches a limit.
Features and data sources may change or be temporarily unavailable. You may stop using the app, cancel a subscription through Google Play and request account deletion. We may restrict misuse or a serious violation of these terms. Mandatory consumer rights under applicable law are unaffected.
